With normal personal use and recommended care, your garment should maintain a satisfactory look, fit, and feel over time.
TOOLS
Our training equipment is made for repeated practice. The Yoga Mat Position 4mm and Yoga Mat Grip&Cushion III 5mm are covered by our Durability Guarantee for 500 classes, equivalent to approximately five years of use.
With normal personal use and recommended care, your mat should remain at a satisfactory level throughout this period.
01 — Check Your Product
All products covered by the guarantee have information on their hang tag. For garments, you can find the article number on the care label. For yoga mats, the article number can be found on the packaging or on the product page.
02 — Send Us Your Request
Send pictures of the product and your guarantee request to webshop@casall.se.
Please include the article number where possible.
03 — We Review Your Request
We’ll review your submission and determine whether the product falls under the guarantee. We’ll then get back to you with further information.
The Durability Guarantee applies under normal personal use and recommended care of the product.
For performance wear, the guarantee applies when the garment no longer maintains a satisfactory look, fit, or feel after 200 washes.
For the covered yoga mats, the guarantee applies when the product no longer maintains a satisfactory level of performance after 500 classes.
The guarantee is valid regardless of where the product was purchased.
Over time, normal use and washing may cause slight changes to a product. The guarantee recognises that, while some change is natural, the product should remain at a satisfactory level given its intended use and period of use.
The guarantee does not cover cosmetic wear or damage resulting from:
For yoga mats, the guarantee also does not cover use for activities other than yoga or similar activities.
If your guarantee request is approved, we’ll provide a voucher towards a replacement according to the following scheme.
